Luis Enrique Flores received his bachelor of science in business administration degree from The University of Tulsa in 2000. In December of 2007, Luis received his juris doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law. Luis was admitted to the State Bar of Oklahoma in April 2008.

Luis is a solo practitioner who practices in the areas of personal injury law, family law, criminal law, civil litigation, workers compensation, juvenile law and immigration law. Luis is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
